Chicken Fry

 





Ingredients

400 gm ‏Chicken

1 tsp each ‏Ginger-garlic glues

1 tsp ‏Black pepper powder

1 & 1/2 tsp ‏Red chili powder

1/2 tsp ‏Chili chips

1tsp ‏Soy sauce

1/2 tsp ‏Italian blended herb

1 container ‏Wheat flour

2 tbsp ‏Corn flour

To broil ‏Oil

To taste ‏Salt



Headings:

1cut chicken pieces into medium normal measure. At that point wash and deplete well. Utilize tissue paper to splash additional water.


2Now take 2 tbsp fluid drain and 1 tsp lemon juice in a huge bowl. Blend them well. At that point include ginger-garlic glues, dark pepper, ruddy chili powder, soy sauce, and salt (Be sure of salty soy sauce). Include chicken pieces and blend along with your hands. At that point take off it in fridge for least 2 hours.





3After 2 hours take them out of the ice chest. In a huge bowl take flour, corn flour, ruddy chili powder, dark pepper powder, Italian herb blend, chili drops and deliver a decent blend. Cover chicken pieces with flour. At that point plunge into water. After that cover with flour blend once more. Rehash this handle for all pieces.


4Deep broil on moo warm till they turn into brown in color. It may take 10 to 15 minutes for each bunch. At that point keep them out of oil. Warm oil on medium tall warm. Once more sear them for 2 to 3 minutes. When they are done take them out of oil and keep on a tissue paper. Presently serve together with your favorite ketchup or browned rice.
