Ingredients
600 gm Chicken
1 tsp each Ginger-garlic glues
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 pcs Cinnamon
2 pcs Cardamom
2 pcs Cloves
2 pcs Bay takes off
3 tbsp Vegetable/Soybean oil
2 pcs Tomato
To taste Salt
1/3 container Chopped onion
1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
Bearings:
1Cut the chicken into bigger pieces than customary estimate. Wash and deplete legitimately.
2Heat oil in a skillet. Include cardamom, cinnamon, cove takes off, cloves and onion. Blend and broil until onions turn into brown. At that point include ginger-garlic glues, cumin powder, ruddy chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and a few water. Cook for a diminutive. At that point include chopped tomatoes and cook with the cover for 2-3 minutes.
3Now include washed chicken pieces and blend everything well. Include 1/2 container of water and cook on medium fire for 10 minutes with the cover. Take the top off when the water is decreased and cook for another 2-3 minutes till it discharges oil.
4Add 1/2 container of water once more and cook for 10 minutes more till the meats are flawlessly cooked and the sauce gets thick. Turn the warm off. Sprinkle a few broiled cumin powder and it’s prepared to be served.
