Chicken Chow Mein

 






Ingredients

2 bundles ‏Noodles

100 gm ‏Boneless chicken

As required ‏Vegetables

1/4 tsp ‏Chopped garlic

1 tsp ‏Chopped green chilies

1 tbsp ‏Soy sauce

1 tbsp ‏Tomato ketchup

1 tsp ‏Black pepper powder

2 tbsp ‏Oil

1 tbsp ‏Butter

To taste ‏Sugar (Discretionary)

To taste ‏Salt

1 tbsp ‏Oyster sauce (Discretionary)



Bearings:

1In a bowl take cut chicken, squeeze of dark pepper, salt, ruddy chili powder, 1/2 tbsp soya sauce, 1tsp corn flour. Blend everything well and keep for 15 minutes.


2Boil water in a skillet with 4 mugs water or sufficient to bubble the specified sum of noodles and 1 tsp oil.


3When the water begins bubbling include noodles and bubble till 80% cooked. Continuously include noodles in bubbling water, never in cold or tepid. Pour in a strainer to deplete, wash with clean cold water and deplete once more.





3Heat oil in a skillet, include chopped garlic and green chilies and broil till brown. Include marinated chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Noelw include difficult vegetables to begin with like cauliflower, carrot, beans etc. and keep mixing to broil on tall to medium-high warm till half-cooked.


4Now include the delicate veggies like cabbage, capsicum, beans, green peas, onion etc. and sear for a whereas. Include salt considering the salt in soy sauce to be included afterward.


5Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, dark pepper and mix. Include bubbled noodles, sugar (discretionary), Ajinomoto/tasting salt(optional) and keep blending to blend them exceptionally well. In conclusion include a few butter and spring onion on beat (discretionary). Serve warm.
